GENERAL
All articles on ZEMZEM ATELIER Online Shop are all handmade in small quantities. Slight variations and irregularities in fabric, leather or color might occur and are not defects on the article itself. ZEMZEM ATELIER products are all unique and one-of-a kind pieces.
SHIPPING RATES
FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE
The customer is responsible for the declaration of a valid shipping address.
Shipping costs of returned goods due to an invalid address will be paid by the customer.
DELIVERY
Shipping within Switzerland: Your order will be shipped by Swiss Post. You will receive your goods within 3-5 business days of placing the order. Shipping outside Switzerland: Your order will be shipped by Swiss Post. You will receive your goods within 10-12 business days after receiving your payment on our account. ORDER CONFIRMATION
Orders will be confirmed by e-mail. Please make sure to write from a valid e-mail address. The contract between you (customer) and ZEMZEM ATELIER is entered by submitting the order and electronically accepting the TERMS and CONDITIONS. By ordering, you accept our TERMS and CONDITIONS and all prices.
PAYMENT
Please pay with your credit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express) through Paypal service. All orders will be sent out WITHIN MAX. 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS after the payment has been received on our account. Please be aware that depending on your country local customs might charge taxes and/or import duties.

TRANSPORTATION RISK
ZEMZEM ATELIER bears the risk of transportation.
If the merchandise arrives damaged, you may return it at no extra costs.
RIGHT TO RETURN
You may return the articles without indicating any reasons within seven days. Used articles cannot be returned and will not be accepted. The costs for returning articles is payed by the customer. In case of damaged articles or defects, ZEMZEM ATELIER refunds the cost of returns. Damaged articles will be exchanged at no extra costs if reported within two weeks starting from the date of purchase. Exempt from this rule are damages caused by the customer.
DATA PROTECTION
ZEMZEM ATELIER is committed to respecting your privacy rights. Your data is protected by the most modern security. Personal data is collected, saved and used exclusively for the purpose of processing your order. We do not forward personal data to a third party. However, this does not apply with regard to subcontractors of ZEMZEM ATELIER such as parcel services, credit card issuers etc., which request the data in order to process your order. You can request the change, modification, or deletion of your personal data at any time.

APPLICABLE LAW
